The Trinamool Congress party has said that they are not connected to Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra’s supposed actions of accepting money and presents from Darshan Hiranandani in return for asking questions against Adani in Parliament.
Amit Malviya of BJP said it is not surprising that Mamata Banerjee, the leader of Trinamool party, has abandoned Mahua Moitra. They have also distanced themselves from other party leaders who are involved in scams.
Moreover, the leader of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Mohan Bhagwat, commented on the dispute between Israel and Hamas. He said that historically, India has not fought or engaged in wars over issues that are similar to the conflict between Israel and Hamas. He talked about how in India, they value and honor all religions, even though Hinduism is the main religion. This doesn’t mean that they ignore or don’t protect other religions.
