In the first match between India and England women’s cricket teams at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, England won by 38 runs. They now lead the series 1-0.

But Sophie Ecclestone’s great bowling stopped India’s progress by getting 3 players out and giving up only 15 runs. Even though Harmanpreet Kaur and Richa Ghosh tried hard, India only scored 159 runs in 20 overs.
