In a smart move, KCR ran for election in two places – his usual place, Gajwel, and the important Kamareddy. KCR has a special connection to Kamareddy because it is where he was born, in Konapur village in Bibipet mandal, Kamareddy district. KCR was born in 1954. Now, after 69 years, he comes back with a plan to change his birthplace into the place where he works.
The Kamareddy area is important for more than just politics. KCR’s work to help the village develop is being noticed and appreciated by the people who live there. Local people feel happy and proud of the things KCR has done, like building a primary school in Konapur village using his own money. Even though his family home is falling apart, the people in the village see this election as a new beginning for KCR. They believe that he is dedicated to making the area better.

In 2018, Gampa Govardhan from BRS won the Kamareddy constituency. He may have helped influence KCR’s decision to run for office there. The BJP’s Venkata Ramana Reddy is sure they will win the battle, while Revanth Reddy wants to win in two different places called Kamareddy and Kodangal. The results of the Exit Poll show that KCR’s party may have a tough time in the upcoming election in Telangana. It looks like the Congress might have an advantage, so the election could be very close.
