Alongside this, the notice stipulates that during these dates, all employees within Delhi should be provided with ‘paid holidays’. This ruling applies to employers of shops, commercial enterprises, and business establishments operating in New Delhi, within the jurisdiction of the NCT of Delhi. The official announcement emphasizes the need for compliance with the specified dates and the provision of paid leave to workers and employees.
