Elvish Yadav, a popular YouTuber, has been accused by the Noida Police of using snake venom at parties. However, Yadav has strongly denied these charges and promised to fully cooperate with the Uttar Pradesh Police. Maneka Gandhi, a member of the BJP party who works in an NGO, filed a complaint against a famous social media personality.
She also asked why Elvish Yadav, the influencer, was avoiding the authorities if he is innocent. She made it clear that the accusations were very serious. She said that these accusations are considered a very serious crime and can result in a punishment of up to seven years in prison. She specifically called it a wildlife crime. Maneka Gandhi explained that taking venom from king cobras is bad because they need it for digesting food. If they don’t have it, they can’t eat and will die. She pointed out that these snakes are very rare in the country and said that it is against the law to own, capture, or use them.
Maneka Gandhi thinks there may be a hidden plan behind the snake venom situation. She asked that Elvish Yadav be arrested right away. She said her organization had been watching him for a long time, especially because he uses snakes in his videos. They eventually found out he might be selling snake venom.
Maneka Gandhi asked why Elvish Yadav was avoiding the authorities if he had not done anything wrong. She said, “People do different things to stay famous. “
Snake venom can make you very sick. It can hurt your liver and kidneys and make you feel dizzy and confused.
Elvish Yadav has made a statement saying he was very surprised to see something.
Elvish Yadav has strongly denied all the accusations against him, saying they are completely untrue. In his statement, he said, “I am ready to accept blame if it’s proven that I had even a small part in this. ” The media should not harm my reputation unless they have thoroughly looked into my involvement.
In response to Maneka Gandhi’s accusations, Elvish Yadav was surprised that people in powerful positions like her would make such claims against him. He also said that if her accusations are proven to be false, she should be ready to say sorry.
Elvish Yadav was accused of being involved in a wild party. This accusation came from a complaint made by People For Animals, an organization led by Maneka Gandhi. The complaint says that they talked to Elvish Yadav and asked him to plan a fun party and get cobra venom. Elvish told them to talk to someone named Rahul, who said he could give them the poison where they wanted it. Afterwards, Rahul took the poison to a large room for parties in Sector 51. The Noida police, along with the District Forest Officer (DFO), came and arrested the people who organized the event. The people who were arrested later said that Elvish Yadav was also involved in the situation.
