• Full payment must be made 45 days prior to the departure date. Failure to complete the payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total package cost.
• Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before departure.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, NGU Travel Team will provide alternatives or reschedule the trip. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to such events.

Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers and must cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
• NGU Travel Team offers travel insurance as an add-on to your package, or you may purchase it independently.

Passport and Visa Requirements:

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates.
