The pollution in Delhi has been getting worse, the government and private primary schools will be closed for the next two days. Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, said this because the air quality in the city became worse. Kejriwal tweeted that because pollution is getting worse, all government and private primary schools in Delhi will be closed for the next 48 hours.

These stages are called Poor, Very Poor, Severe, and Severe.

The GRAP is a plan that is used in emergencies when the air becomes very polluted. However, in this case, the government has started the plan to combat air pollution in Delhi even before the air quality becomes dangerously bad, showing they are taking steps to prevent it.

The government of India has given an order on Thursday to stop non-essential construction work in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) because of a thick layer of harmful haze covering the city. This has led to pollution levels reaching the highest category for the first time this season.

Scientists have warned that pollution will likely get worse over the next two weeks. Doctors are worried that more people may have trouble breathing because of this.In Delhi, 18 out of 37 monitoring stations have reported very bad air quality.

Many parts of Delhi-NCR have recorded very high levels of air pollution. Some of the areas with the highest pollution levels include Anand Vihar, Bawana, Burari Crossing, Dwarka Sector 8, Jahangirpuri, Mundka, NSIT Dwarka, Najafgarh, Narela, Nehru Nagar, New Moti Bagh, Okhla Phase 2, Patparganj, Punjabi Bagh, R K Puram, Rohini, Shadipur, and Wazirpur.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) is a scale that measures how clean or polluted the air is. It ranges from 0 to 500. If the number is between 0 and 50, the air is considered “good. ” If it’s between 51 and 100, it’s “satisfactory. ” Between 101 and 200, it’s “moderate. ” Between 201 and 300, it’s “poor. ” Between 301 and 400, it’s “very poor. ” And if it’s between 401 and 500, it’s “severe. “
