- Florence: Participants are responsible for their own arrival at the Storico Mercato Centrale following the 2-hour break. Please be there on time to ensure the tour continues on schedule. The market is closed on Sundays, and tastings will be offered in local stores instead.
- Rome: The transfer from the Colosseum to the Spanish Steps is not included. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the Spanish Steps following the 2-hour break. We highly recommend taking a taxi to ensure the tour continues on time.
- Vatican: Shoulders and knees must be covered for men, women, and children.
Cancellation Policy
- From 2024, it is mandatory to provide a first and last name during the Colosseum ticket booking process. Once issued, the ticket becomes non-refundable. Guests must ensure they have their passport with them on the day of the tour to guarantee entry. In case of incorrect personal data, access to the Colosseum will be denied.
- As a result, the Colosseum part of the tour is non-refundable.
- Train tickets are non-refundable.
- The remaining tours follow the general cancellation policy and can be canceled up to 4 weeks before the start of the package with a 95% refund (5% handling fee).
